Developing infographics for NYIT to visually represent data and concepts, aiding in clearer understanding and engagement.

"During my time at NYIT, I had the privilege of working as a Graduate Assistant (GA) and as a team member in the Academic Technology Services (ATS) department. These roles allowed me to leverage my creative skills and explore the intersection of design and communication in various impactful projects.
As a GA, I focused on creating visually appealing social media banners for NYIT’s official Facebook page. By emphasizing typography, I designed banners that were not only eye-catching but also conveyed key information effectively. Each banner was crafted to align with NYIT’s branding while engaging the target audience. This experience honed my ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives and strengthened my understanding of social media marketing strategies.
At ATS, I undertook the challenge of promoting Microsoft tools and NYIT’s collection of digital resources through innovative social media posts. I designed posts that highlighted the benefits of Microsoft tools for students and faculty, making them accessible and engaging. Additionally, I worked on campaigns that showcased NYIT’s digital offerings, ensuring that the content resonated with the diverse campus community. My designs balanced functionality with creativity, successfully promoting the tools and resources available at NYIT.
These experiences not only expanded my expertise in graphic design and branding but also taught me the importance of effective communication in driving engagement. Through these roles, I contributed to NYIT’s digital presence while sharpening my ability to create designs that inform, inspire, and connect."
